The book is about Doris, who is the authors' cousin. After the crystal night of 1938, the parents decided to move Doris, who was then 9 years old, from Guben to Berlin. The hope was that she would be less harassed there than at home in Guben. The last letter from Doris is dated Easter Eve 1942. Mother Elizabeth and Doris were later deported to Warsaw. There, all tracks end.

The money goes in full to the initiative Stop Bullying and Eva Poppers Memorial Fund against Bullying.
